With nearly 20 years of experience in Luxembourg’s financial, investment fund, and real estate sectors, I currently serve as an Independent Director across boards of UCITS funds, Alternative funds, SPVs and Holding companies.
I studied Business and Finance at INSEEC Paris and completed postgraduate studies in International Business Finance at Bournemouth University in the UK.
I began my career at PwC Luxembourg, gaining in-depth exposure to UCITS funds, regulatory compliance, and internal controls. Over the years, I’ve audited leading investment funds such as Axa IM, Franklin Templeton, Lombard Odier and JP Morgan while also managing ISAE 3402/SSAE 16 assurance engagements for key service providers.
As Company Secretary at Capita, I played a central role in post-merger governance structuring, internal processes and control implementation, and participated in executive and risk committees within a regulated PSF environment.
My experience as an ESG consultant deepened my understanding of emerging stakeholder expectations and the evolving role of ESG oversight in the boardroom.
I later broadened my perspective as a real estate entrepreneur. Founding and running my own real estate company in Luxembourg gave me a pragmatic approach as well as direct accountability for tax reporting and regulatory obligations as a licensed professional and company director.
Today, I combine my industry knowledge with a pragmatic, risk-aware mindset to support boards in fulfilling their duties.
I am fluent in French, English, and Spanish.
I am CSSF authorised for UCITS board mandates and a member of the Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs (ILA).
